Guacamole - EZ

Today, at lunch I experimented with a little avocado that I was craving - used some Homemade Gourmet to whip up a quick tasty Guacamole.

Here's what I did:

Peeled 1 Avocado, removed meat of the fruit and mashed it; added 1 Tablespoons of Mayo and 1 Tablespoon of Homemade Gourmet Enchilada Soup seasoning. Mixed and mashed some more!

Delicious served with a quick toasted cheese tortilla sandwich.....YUM
